This package gives us three sessions to work together over time. We can decide what needs attention, put it into practice, come back together to see what is working, and adjust things as you go.

It’s less about one big breakthrough and more about keeping the work moving.

We’ll use the first session to work out what you want to change and what deserves your attention first.

Between sessions, you put that into practice.

When we meet again, we look at what happened in the real world... what worked, what didn’t, what got in the way, and decide what comes next.

You do not need to arrive at every call having completed everything perfectly.

AFTER BOOKING

You’ll receive a link to book your first appointment. We can arrange the remaining sessions from there.
